Return an order

Return unwanted orders to us within 30 calendar days of receiving it and get your money back.

How returns work

1. Request a return form via contact option  and state how many devices you need to return.

2. Make a note of the serial number on the back the device you’re returning.

3. Pack up your device, including anything originally included in the box.

4. Print and attach the return label.

5. Either return the parcel via a Royal Mail drop-off point(opens in new tab) or follow the instructions on the label to arrange a pick-up. Make a note of your return’s tracking number.

 

Your money will be returned via the original payment method. Parcels must arrive within the 30 calendar day period to be eligible for a full refund.
